2. Services Provided

We specialize in the design, fabrication, installation, and restoration of stone and tile products, as well as full kitchen and bathroom remodeling. Service availability may vary by project size, location, and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Proposals

• Written estimates are provided after reviewing project details.
  
  
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• Any changes in materials, scope, or design requested by the client after acceptance of an estimate may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

4. Deposits and Payments

• A deposit is required to secure space on our calendar and to begin work. 
• The final payment is due upon completion of the project unless stated otherwise in this document.
• Payments through approved means within client agreements. 

5. Client Responsibilities

The client shall provide Craft Marble Design LLC with full and accurate details, access to the site, and timely approvals. Craft Marble Design LLC cannot be liable for delays due to incomplete information, inability to access a site, or scheduling conflicts with other project stakeholders.

6. Materials and Warranty

• Products made of natural stone may differ in texture, color, and pattern. These variances are inherent to the product and are not flaws.
• In accordance with project agreements, we offer workmanship warranties. Where appropriate, manufacturer warranties are transferred straight to the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

Craft Marble Design LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, whether arising out of any use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount of money paid by the client for the project in question.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has begun.
  
  
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, but are subject to availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including, but not limited to, images, designs and text are the property of Craft Marble Design LLC, and may not be copied or otherwise reproduced or distributed without express written permission.

10. Privacy

All personal information submitted through this website and in our office will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data of clients with any third party without the consent of the client.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. All disputes arising from the Terms and Conditions will be settled in the appropriate courts of Middlesex County, NJ.
